Wow....Audioquest is a bad brand now, eh?? (too generic?? doesn’t fit into the audiopheel snob show anymore?)... Anyways, Viablue is a brand from Germany (stuff is hand made in Germany) that makes very good quality cables. I have been messing around with cables from my AK 2000 player and also ifi Gryphon. I ended up having audio envy make me a cable and it was a very nice step up from the Audioquest stuff I was using. I didn't go super high but around 200 bucks I think and the audio envy was less and I think sounded a lot better. |
Up front, not an Audioquest fan. And I’ve owned plenty over the years. My last foray into their product was banana plugs. Awful quality beyond description.
