How to contact Audiogon?

I recently bid with a max bid way over what the item sold for.  I do not understand why I lost the item but can't find how to contact Audiogon to find out what happened.  Any suggestions?

You already know that you can use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of each page, but you might have more success contacting the seller directly. It may be that he rejected your bid because you have no transaction history and have been a member here for only a day.

"Contact Us" doesn't work much. No one responds from there

I have used the link previously and always received a prompt response. When did you last attempt to reach A'gon support, @czarivey?

+1 @cleeds  Unless, the OP is posting under a new profile to stay private in this instance.

I've always received timely replies to my A'Gon queries.

Many years ago Shannon painstakingly (I'm not a computer person) walked me through loading pics for my sale ads, and in the past 3-4 years I've received answers/info from Tammy.

Think the last time was maybe 6 months ago.

Never contacted them often, but also never experienced a problem in the past 20+ years.

My wife's healthcare facility (a big one) has recently been ravaged by Omnicron (lots of support staff out for a week, or so, as well as doctors).

These are trying times.

I have requested assistance from Audiogon 5 or 6 times over the past 5 years.  Every time, my inquiry was handled in a friendly, courteous and timely way-- usually on the same day.  Sometimes within an hour.

Have you considered upgrading to concierge-agon?

The OP has been a member here for 1 day. How do we know he is telling the truth?

In 'faceless bid/transactions, an 'overbid' can trigger a negative impression

...and by a new member with no history, outright suspicion.🤷‍♂️

Sometimes you just have to curb your enthusiasm.  On the plus side, there will always be another item of the same type eventually....

...unless it was expensive, rare, or both.  That just makes the above more likely.

Learn, live, and prosper.... ;)

I love AG, I think me and the dog are gonna howl at the moon tonight.

I had to teach her.. :-)

Thanks all.  I will find another receiver.  Just hope my next bid works.  Very nice and helpful site.  Stay well.

New bidders and Members must contact the seller before hand or there bid will be rejected, you should remember this from using eBay.

I also USED to receiving responses from support, but long time ago

today is different
