Customer service win


I've owned goldenear tritons for quite a while now and one of the woofer amps went out. I brought it to my dealer for repair and it went great! Seuss electronics was extremely helpful and Chet from goldenear sent the repairman the parts fast and for FREE! What awesome service is that!! The technician told me that Chet has been around since the def tech days of long ago what a great job, I just had to share my experience.

Great to hear. I also own T1s and. fortunately, they've been flawless through years of 10-14 days of operation. I recently moved them from HT duty to the stereo. I forgot how amazing they are.
