Anyone Using Crystals?

Are any members using crystals in their systems? If so, how are you using them to get good results?

The most potent stones in my stones grid is the shungite+copper tape on one side, I called that: "golden plate"...Shungite is not a crystal tough, but a carbon based minerals... Best placed on electrical panels, unused duplex plugs, interconnect, behind speakers is miraculous... More on my "virtual system" page and thread...
I am using malachite stone (crystal at https://crystalopedia.com/product/malachite-stone). This crystal is a very special test crystal. This defends users against all sorts of damage if our own or other errors are detrimental to them. Bringing the crystal with you will certainly help you to relax up and focus just on the exam, if you feel nervous about your driving test.
wow you are a real freak , geoffkait i have healed thousands in my lifetime geof how will you be remembered as a Trump supporter! hahah
I Powderize the crystals and make and sell the worlds first topical Energy Medicine " based on Crystalline technology i sell world wide , Put them in ointments and foot insoles {Out of Production} for now. Holistic Journals and newspaper articles have been published. healthfood stores and pain centers around the country use it. Oh yeah improves hearing also, opens up the high end like nothing you have ever used
No need for luck I dont sell anything, just communicates my experiments free of charge...But thanks for the luck anyway and I wish you the best...
I know that you use crystals, but not with a batteries electrical connected cables grid design...Trust me it is on another level for the effects...Try that … By the way bags of crystals are, compared to precise stones coupling in a cabled grid with cabled batteries, a primitive design...And if you sell that one day remember where the idea come from...Lol
Been using crystals for eons. Brilliant pebbles was the first comprehensive suite of crystal products for audiophiles. Brilliant Pebbles was introduced at the London HiFi Show circa 2003. They require break in and are directional. Not for the squeamish. 😬 Was Brilliant Pebbles the biggest seller in Audiogon history. You decide.

I entered in another phase of my stones and crystals experiments in my audio grid system but also in the house electrical grid also, upstream then and also downstream relatively to my system...But I lifted my experiments on another level with batteries and cabling, the new design I invent is that I connected my stones and crystals in the audio room and on my gear by placing specific crystals and stones(more than a dozen varieties) in a passively battery connected loop cables grid of my own design ...

No active filtering with a costly power supply, no more active isolator from my computer, because of the trade-off noise that electronic components introduce in the system; I use only passive filtering with stones...The batteries connected by copper cables with the stones connected also with copper cables unites all the stones in a one system filtering device, batteries makes the stones and crystals more active without introducing any noise of their own... With this lowering of the noise floor the results are astounding: holographic imaging with natural musical timbre, atmospheric floating sound...It is the same audio gear before and after, but no more the same sound at all...

You can laugh if you want, but I had fun and I am proud of my designed room system, upgrading is for me no more urgency, and music now obliterate the sound in my headphones and in my speakers the same...

Sadly the bulb in the Himalayan salt lamp, which is actually pyroelectric, doesn’t product enough heat for the salt to generate any negative ions. The lamps are cool looking though. I have one.
I got a a large himalayan salt lamp for christmas from my sister, heavy about 5kg, really enjoy it and it looks awesome. Ive listed a cool nightlight one at my store perfect for bathrooms and kids rooms. https://4urbusy.myshopify.com/ or direct link here https://bit.ly/2CF7f9M hope you enjoy.
I have experiment very much with crystals all this year like i described here in a preceding post ....I put them on each pieces of my gear, and each one complementing in effect some other one... experimenting is the key... But few people knows that cleaning and filtering the electro-magnetic field of the house where you audio system is embedded is very important.... Treating with stones and crystals THE MAIN ELECTRICAL PANEL and after that THE MAIN ELECTRICAL CABLE that go all along the exterior wall of my house was key experiment in lowering the basic noise floor of my house.... My system goes to reach his potential at last!

And at last 3 days ago by accident, and with an impulse to experiment, i put between my speakers under my desk one salt lamp, and bingo! The improvement in sound was incredible ....

A word of caution: my system is isolated completely against vibrations, electromagnetically isolated also with aluminium, and the electro-magnetic grid of my house is also cleaned, after all that, and only after all that, the effect of this salt lamp was indeed spectacular, on all counts....But i dont doubt that if you begin with a salt lamp the effect would be small or inaudible in a noisy system like most audio system are unbeknown to most people...
I will be interested in trying some of your crystals soon Geoff. Will be in touch soon.
Different crystals have different frequency bandwidths of operation. No crystal is wideband so various types of crystals in combination can often produce better results than any single crystal. Experimentation is recommended but certain locations seem like a slam dunk, like on top of CD PLAYER over the spinning disc, on top of output transformer, on top of Tube Traps, in proximity to small vacuum tubes. In certain locations the resonance of the stones can hurt the sound, so don’t assume more or bigger is better or that they can be used anywhere. One of my products employs teeny tiny stones of various types including but not limited to sapphire, carnelian and obsidian and is highly effective when used as directed.
To add my two cents to this discussion on "Crystals" Your blood acts like a Liquid Crystal. You have a Vibrational number on a scale of 1-100 your Frequency can be tracked . Most illnesses interfere with Your Vibrational rate that's why Crystalline treatments can be Beneficial to your health. I know because I use Topical Energy Medicine based on  Micro-Crystals all the time. To quote Einstein E=MC squared. You are not solid at all but a Multi dimensional Being with integrated energy Fields. So go argue with Einstein not me.
To be fair, P.T. Barnum probably actually never said that. But he did say people would generally be much better off if they believed in too much rather than too little.
Thanks for the advice @elizabeth and @geoffkait.  I took the tourmaline off all live connections just to be safe.  But I am using a lot of it now - several pounds weight - all over inside my BPT conditioners, on most power cable connectors, inside my DAC and in computer audio components as well as all around all my amp tubes.  There is a very meaningful improvement of rich, natural glow in the sound I am now getting, and also better definition in all frequencies.  Very worthwhile.

Generally speaking crystals are not conductive. That is not to say that some crystals, not all, exhibit electrical properties such as the Pyroelectric Effect or Peizoelectric Effect. Most, not all places where crystals are effective in audio systems turn out to be non electrical anyway, you know, like on top of CD players, speaker cabinets, room corners, where crystals’ resonance control properties come into play. In many cases, such as inside electronics and on wall outlets, to name two, it’s their anti resonant properties at play as opposed to anti RFI properties.

@geoffkait, @lak or anyone else who might know the answer to this safe operation type of question please. I have a piece of unshielded tourmaline sitting inside my DAC on the PCB right on top of what is a live conductor strip that is connected to what I believe is the voltage regulator of the DAC. So I guess this is not the DAC PCB. I have the tourmaline held down on the PCB on its edges with some blu-tack. The tourmaline piece actually straddles a couple of potentially live conducting metal strips. Do you think this is unsafe or could potentially damage my DAC? I did this because I believe that tourmaline is essentially non-conductive. And more importantly I believe that electricity (just as heat too) causes it to discharge ions in the way that is helpful. What I can definitively say is that the effect on my DAC’s sound quality is very nice indeed. Well worth my while leaving this way so long as it is safe. Your help/ideas as to safety etc. much appreciated. Thanks.
crystals work great in your graphene connector goo!!!

I use it on my pet unicorn!
Hey now! Geoffkait scored a customer! Isn't that worthy of noting? I, for one, do not wish to know where people are sticking their crystals…it's simply none of my business.

Black Tourmaline has many uses that many would find hard to believe.
I’ll just leave it at that.

>>>>Huh? What? Why leave it at that? That’s no fun. Share, share!
Have you guys been taking crystal meths? Seriously, next time we discuss occult powers.
I have only been using the powdered black tourmaline in computer and modem USB and ethernet jacks which tend to get a bit warm from the heat hose units generate, so perhaps that is why I am finding it somewhat helpful there.  I have not found tourmaline helpful around audio RCA jacks or audio interconnects.  I do use Cardas caps for open RCA jacks.  Also black tourmaline was somewhat helpful on my AC connectors which may get a little warm.  I also have some tourmaline inside my tubed DAC placed near the rectifier tube which presumably is hot enough to generate a decent benefit which I heard.  I haven't heard anything special from placing them near my integrated amp's exposed tubes yet, but I will try that again sometime.  Definitely got a small advantage inside my small BPT conditioner which is used for computer audio devices with SMPS.

A very pleasant surprise was the increase in cleanliness overall from a red fire agate stone near my fuse box.  Odd thing is that tourmaline seems to be good around the fuses themselves but definitely not on the other side of the same box which is accessible from my cabinet and is encased in plastic and inside a steel box.  On that other side the agate seems to be very helpful.

Geoff, at some point I would like to try out your pebbles for RCAs.
Black Tourmaline has many uses that many would find hard to believe.
I'll just leave it at that.
I use pure black Tourmaline crystals for my Tourmaline Gun. Which is the reincarnation of Brian Kyle’s Tourmaline Gun. Of course Tourmaline is a well known pyroelectric crystal and produces negative ions when heated. It’s rather unlikely tourmaline’s pyroelectric property would be present or activated, whatever when applied to a RCA Jack or connector. Obviously all unused RCA jacks should be covered with something, Cardas Caps or whatever. I also am the proud inventor of using crystals on interconnect connectors and many other locations around the room. Brilliant Pebbles is what, almost 15 years old? Time flies when you’re having fun. 😛
I am finding the biggest impact of using black tourmaline around the fuse box. The effect is on naturalness and coherence overall, and bass and mid-range. I was surprised by the sharply different effect I got from a piece of red agate in treble output around the fuse box, and am now very happy with a combo of the tourmaline and agate there. And then I have tourmaline rocks now sitting on most of my AC cable ends and in total they have a nice impact. As noted above by others placement does seem to matter. I want to try the tourmaline inside my balanced power transformer conditioners next, maybe next weekend.

I used black tourmaline that I bought on eBay from the seller worldincensestore. He has both glossy black tourmaline rods and rough black rocks. I have both but can’t tell the difference sound wise anyway. Bits of the rough black rocks are easier to crumble, and you might find some small amount of powder in your shipment due to impact in transit.
I have been experimenting with tourmaline and some of the ideas mentioned in this thread.  I have heard some very good results, so thanks for all the ideas Geoff and @mahgister and others.  One thing I didn't see above (but I could have missed something as there are many good ideas embedded above) is that it is quite effective to close off open USB and ethernet ports on modems/computers etc with crumbled tourmaline powder pressed onto bits of silicon caulking material.  I emptied tourmaline powder into convenient crevices in my main Verizon modem and also put a piece of tourmaline inside my Apple Airport Express which serves as router.  All of these tricks have been quite effective in improving my computer audio sound quality. I'll also be trying out some of the other stones/crystals mentioned here in time.
King Salmon? Whoa! Hey! Lots a yuks! Wow, ya gotta be super sharp to keep up with this crowd. Sometimes serious discussion can serve no real porpoise.
mahgister,

I agree with you that the use of crystals is complex. And I agree with you that we should not "... dare to pass judgment like "mumbo Jumbo" about someone else experience without trying before mouthing ...".

my third advice: after these 2 experiments, now add 120 gram minimum of shungite peebles or a pyramid of this size, on top of your central electrical panel, this experience will inforce some change of bias, yes,and hearing the always more pleasing ,more silky sound perhaps will dissolve the prejudice and transform it in an informed bias...Try it and do not even thank me...Other experience are possible after that...And your bias ,same as mine now will wait for a theory to come....For now i have none...
