Any info on the new Piega 10???
Just received the Piega 10's and are by far the best speaker I have heard. They left the Dunlavy V's in the dust
The best speaker you ever heard?
Piega 10's. Never thought I would trade the Dunlavy v's until I heard these. At half the price and one third the size they completely blew away the Dunlavy's in respect to detail, soundstage, highs and believe it or not the bass.
Patrick O'Hearn - Where did he go?
I expected a little more from the new release maybe it will take a few more listens to sink in. I use his cd's as reference material. Check back to see if you can find Group 87 recordings. That's the first time I heard him and have been hooked since.
Fourplay ...yes please Jazz CD
If you liked the last foreplay you are easy to please. With all that talent that had to be the worst release ever expected. Pefstratiou's post was correct about smooth Jazz not being Jazz. It sounds like the same song over and over. Check out Fore...
Room Tunes Justarack JR, any info?
I have the Justarack with six shelves. My components feet had a reaction with the paint. When I moved the components the paint came off with the feet. I have contacted the manufacturer through emails but no reply. I would stay away from this compa...

"Pace", it's importance for enjoyment?
Hey Sndsel are you making fun of this? I know these posts are way out there but we audiophile mythologists have feelings. By the way how much ginkgo biloba does it take?
"Pace", it's importance for enjoyment?
Definitely the worst thread ever
Disappointed in SACD player
Have you seen marketing other than the audiophile mags. It seems Sony thinks its a lost cause as a money maker. Other than audiogon I have not heard any feedback. Has anyone heard of yet another format that Sony is developing?
aloia amp
I am using Aloia preamp. It is excellent. Better than the CAT
Speakers to hang on to for LIFE
I have a big room and listen to many types of music loud or soft. I have the Dunlavy 5's for quite a long time. For my taste I have not heard better.
Scientist finds fungus that eats cd's
I believe the fungus is rappus crappus musicae.
Monoblocks did not work
Call Steve Davis at Hififarm. He's knowledgeable with troubleshooting. Don;t you hate when this crap happens
Cary Amp and B W Nautilus 805's
Not the best in rock playback with that combo
Monoblocks did not work
I found vertically Bi-amping to sound better using the Aloia's. It took several calls to get the wiring right so you want to make sure about that.
