| TT quandary Sorry but many yrs back owned VPI and their tonearm. Table was OK but arms not so much. Things like a used Triplanar or just about any Kuzma will be superior to any VPI arm IMHO. More adjustable and will sound wonderful. | |

| Cartridges Have heard the Grado Epoch 3 several times and not my cup of coffee! Very blah sounding with no life to the music, yes very nice midrange but the top end and fir that matter bottom end can't keep up with the midrange IMHO | |

| Tonearm Parallel? It all depends on the cartridge IMO. I usually start with the cartridge parallel, after the cantilever has settled in, then listen with arm slightly lower and then slightly higher. You will find the sweet spot soon with one setting. | |

| How long does it take to get a Lyra cartridge? Atlas Lambda is very nice but personally I prefer a My Sonic Labs cartridge like the Signature Platinum. Yes I can't afford it now but it will be my next cartridge for sure. (Or the Signature Gold) | |
