Hagerman trumpet mc or Ear 834 classic phono pre amplifier.
@bkeske Good stuff. Interesting info on the Trumpet. Yeah, the Ear is basic and has no loading options.
Speaker cable length.
I wouldn't worry too much in this system. The crossover components' tolerances would be far greater than any anomalies imparted by the additional cable length.

@bkeske care to comment? A friend has an EAR834P MM version and prefers the built-in phono stage on an integrated.

Thank you for sharing, Thomas. It sounds wonderful, even on a phone. Unless the coffee hasn’t kicked in, the difference between vinyl and CD is pretty stark on the Anette Askvik.
Anyone have experience with using de-esser for sibilance in home audio system?
Never heard of that as an ear issue. Same distortion in the car? Sure it's sibilance and not resonance?
"Happy To Be Stuck With You!!!"
Stereophile review of the Revels looks good. It would be great to see your system posted in the Virtual Systems area.

@speedthrills It's your hypocrisy that I'm calling out. YOU complained a few weeks ago.     Are product ads now part of the Forum experience here ? Asking for a friend

This: @onhwy61  - Thanks for your policing; with 5100 posts you must be a busy guy. It's not an ad   @speedthrills  141 posts 01-08-2024 at 04:28am  Are product ads now part of the Forum experience here ? Asking for a friend.
Where to go next with the turntable
My Linn dealer in the 80s said to only let the needle do the cleaning. I did that for years until I eventually started cleaning and, obviously, have not looked back. I’m pretty sure that was Linn that said not to clean records
