Thoughts on my current system
I would make the move first. Then after listening to your system in the new room, after system positioning and room treatment as applicable, then make changes. Explore the newer file servers and DACs in the meantime for the hi-rez needs.

Great! Let us know how you like the Brio with both speakers.
What to do?
I agree with yogiboy, take the refund. Purchase a different integrated and a used external DAC.
Affordable amp suggestions to go with DALI-Zensor 1 speakers
There is a Cambridge audio 650A (50wpc) for sale on here on  AG. At sellers asking price would cost ~$180 including shipping. Due to feedback issue (lack of) you might want to use the hidden message system to provide phone number to talk with sell...
Your single favorite component
I would have to say that my BEL 1001 MK5 (made in 2007) is the top component in my system.

As with tis49 and if purchasinf new, of the 3 you list I would purchase the NAD. However, the used Marantz 8004 mentioned by adg101 might serve the JBLs better. Do you need a phono stage?
Bookshelf speakers on a budget
If you are willing to purchase used check out the SS integrateds offered here on AG.

Tube integrated amp under $1000
Mapman, From your other posts i know you use a computer as a source. Great for a multi system person. Sounds like you need a tube  headphone amp, preamp combination. Maybe one that includes DAC. I am thinking this is what I need as well. One way I...

CD players that make for a great transport
As I stated above I am currently using a Arcam DV-137. Prior to Blueray, this was marketed as a universal player with a retail price of $2000.  I purchased mine new from a dealer about 4 years ago for $500 as the addition of Blueray greatly dimini...

Given your situation, I would purchase the Vandys and use your current amp to get accustomed to the new sonics. If your amp proves a pleasing combination you might be set. Should you, down the road, desire to upgrade, you might consider purchasing...
