Ticketmaster and other enemies of artists...
A great many venues do not have ticket windows/box offices for buying tickets in advance; you buy in advance online or you try your luck at the door if there are any remaining, where you'll probably still have to pay some kind of extra fee....
What is the proper loudness for listening?
Whatever volume I happen to enjoy listening at at the time is the proper volume.
What record cleaner is the most bang for the buck??
I have a DeGritter and would have no reason to use anything else. Cleaned so many records and it works perfectly....
Experiences Selling Stuff On Audiogon?
I've bought and sold on Agon and USAM for years and even bought a few times on eBay, and I've not had any problems with any transactions.

RIP Keith Reid
He was a wonderful writer for Procol Harum.....  I especially liked his earlier, darker and/or early-Dylan-esque stuff....

Keith Reid RIP
So sad to hear that. I guess he's reunited with Gary Brooker now...  Keith was a tremendous lyricist, and Procol was so much more than 'Whiter Shade of Pale'.

I can just see the marketing and engineering/r&d departments of these manufacturers working hand-in-hand with each other to accomplish what you're describing.
