When were the best tube amps made?
40 years ago a Dynaco tube amp got me into his pursuit. There are plenty I haven't heard, but the CJ ART Stereo 150 is the one that I can unconditionally recommend.

Hi GRK, Thanks Just checked. Nothing there yet, but appreciate the help!
Streamers and their Fuses
BrandonHiFi- Good to hear that you were able to upgrade your system at relatively low additional cost. I was a big skeptic on fuses (and power cords) until I heard the differences that they make too! The improvement from stock fuse to SR Purple i...

Agree with those saying bookshelves plus sub(s) as well put by Soix.  Could also consider JL Audio e-112 sub(s) for clean bass foundation.    Good Luck!
What was the most impactful addition to your system?

Upgrading
Shunyata is my go-to for power cords. Not sure about your system or budget, but if you buy used I'd recommend CX series or better.
When a budget speaker is preferred to a high end one...
Yes this exact situation happened to me. I had an mv55 Conrad Johnson tube amp. I sounded glorious with my JM Labs Daline 2.1's, which were limited range speakers that went down to about 40 hertz. I put the mv55 on a pair of Wilson wp7s and heard ...
