they have 15 day money back policy... just buy it, the lokius a few hundred bucks, try it, keep if you like it, send it back if not

they make good stuff, terrific value for the $$, and when i have needed help, warranty support/repairs, etc... they have come through for me

Be aware that there is a restocking fee, which varies by product (look on the product webpage). It is 5% for a Loki Max.

They overall have good customer service and as noted ; they do charge you with a restocking fee if you have to send the Shiit back. I would also also give it a try......

I own a couple of their components. They were consistently good to work with and responsive to some issues and concerns that came up with the equipment. I am very satisfied with the gear, great value.
