schiit is a high volume low margin business.... they do answer, but it takes time
they have 15 day money back policy... just buy it, the lokius a few hundred bucks, try it, keep if you like it, send it back if not
they make good stuff, terrific value for the $$, and when i have needed help, warranty support/repairs, etc... they have come through for me
