Word clock

What sacd /cd transports players have word clock input/output

thanks

Most of the "upper tier" players do. Esoteric, DCS, EMM etc...all come to mind.

Kind of an odd question, unless you just won the lottery, in which case I imagine your local dealer will certainly help you out.

A device that can be characterized as "a cure in search of a disease". All current DAC’s use asynchronous input receivers that can lock onto any digital source. Jitter (uncertainty in timing) is not an issue. No need for re-clocking! The gadget-obsessed will disagree but hey, it’s your money!

@jasonbourne71 - have you actually listened to any transport/dac that has the capacity to use an external clock?

@OP - just for information, DCS and Esoteric’s approach to clocking is different - DCS’s clock outputs are at the base sampling frequencies or multiples thereof. Esoteric’s is 10 Mhz.

Teac's 505t and 701t / 701 player have 10m input.     I think it only syncs to a 10m reference not word clock
