Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

The Paris Session - Toure-Raichel Collective (African / Ethnic / World Fusion)
stevecham,

Saga, Silent Night is also a good one. One of a kind band, for sure.

David Gray - "Mutineers" - free digital download of the album received with purchase of tickets for his 2014 Summer Tour. Was a great show.
The Cars, “Candy O”

Stevie Ray Vaughn & Double Trouble, “Soul to Soul”

both on vinyl.
Fleetwood Mac - Fleetwood Mac
Steely Dan - Can’t Buy a Thrill
Ron Sexsmith - Long Player Late Bloomer

Btw reubent, the Danger Money album is a lot more coherent , musical and focused than the s/t U.K album is.
Just my opinion of course....
@reubent .

It was just by chance I went to the LRS today and wandered into the prog rock section and spied the pair.

However I do appreciate your gesture, guess it will just have to gather dust on your shelves for now.
@uberwaltz - was out of town for  family wedding when I saw your reply about UK. I was going to ping you and send you my copy of the S/T LP. Anyway, glad you found both of them and I hope you enjoy.....
Danny Joe Brown and the Danny Joe Brown Band.

I have had this record in my eBay watch list for months but could not bring myself to pay what they were asking.

Then at the LRS today I spied it at half the price... Done deal!
Open Fire ... Y&T.

One of the better "hair bands" imho.

Summertime Girls is hilarious if you have ever seen the video to it.

Vinyl
Another classic that I managed to obtain on vinyl today.

Heartbeat City ... The Cars.
Even though some were not impressed. LOL.
A trip to the LRS got me not one but both U.K albums on vinyl and pristine.

Life is good.
Warren Haynes Benefit Concert
Tomorrow's Girls - Donald Fagen
Various Steely Dan......
@reubent

Just send that raggedy old U.K album my way. I have a good home for it.

☺☺☺
Used the Sony HDD player today for a change.

Pink Floyd, "Dark Side Of The Moon"  Immersion Set, consists of 4 cd's
Pink Floyd, "The Division Bell"  Hadn't listened to it for at least 10 years!

On Vinyl:

Pink Floyd, "The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn", first pressing in mono
On iPad Country Joe and Fish, live at Woodstock. Gimme an F! That feller Fish sure plays a mean guitar. Live at Monterey Pop ain’t chopped liver.
Based on some recent comments, I pulled out my old copy of UK's self-titled first album. First time I've listened to it in 20-30 years. Anyway, after listening to it, I realize why I haven't listened to it in 20-30 years. Not a fan. Really great musicians and great playing. I just don't care for the compositions.
