I had a question about a pair of VR4 Gen2 that I picked up used.  So I'm the second owner of a pair of 20+ year old speakers.  A email to VS was answered by Matt in less than 24 hours.  I was welcomed to the VS family and given great advice!  I'd like to say my next speakers would be VS but its not in the financial cards.

So KUDOS to the fine people at VS!  Thanks again!

I have a pair of original VR-4s that I bought new about 30 years ago.  I've emailed Matt at various times with questions regarding replacement drivers, etc. I had a midrange go bad. Very responsive.  Like a dumbass, I burnt a hole in the grill cloth when soldering the driver connection.  They were able to have a new set of covers made and sold them to me at a reasonable price.  I'm saving those speakers for my son. 

I bought a new pair of Endeavor RE / Model One.  They kept me posted on the fabrication process, break in time, and shipping.  At one point I had asked a question about speaker wire and I ended up getting a call from Damon Von Schweikert and Leif Swanson. I probably talked to them for 30 minutes about wires.

Excellent service and I'm very happy with my speakers.

Love the soldering story!  My initial question to Matt was a little vague.  When I refined it I received another <24  hr reply that was excellent advice.  We look forward to your experience with the Model 1!

I remember years ago when I owned a pair of VR-33's, I spoke to Albert a couple of  times on the phone about some questions I had.  He was a true gentleman, very cordial.  Glad that the other members of his team have followed in his footsteps.

I had the VR33 speakers for about a year and spoke to Albert 3 times regarding the bass problem.  He was always extremely nice and very helpful.  I sold the speakers within the year as I could never get satisfactory bass in my room.
