Not disputing the fact that Lumin makes good sounding streamers but their UI is pretty user unfriendly.
Aurender is great and has a very nice UI but the first model that features AES output is N20 at $12,000.
That’s why I recommended Roon as an option with your Boulder 866. It’s free to try as long as you have a computer you can install it on that is located anywhere in the house on the same network as your 866, you’ll eliminate your Node and end up with better sound and arguably the best in the world UI for streaming music. You can always upgrade to a better streamer later.
