Streamers made in America?

I’m having a hard time finding streamers that are made in America. I prefer audio equipment made in the USA. Lumin and AURALiC are Chinese. Aurender is Korean. Hifi Rose is Korean. PS Audio is really stalling on their streamer. Are there any options?

LCD screen is one feature I greatly appreciate, so Moon didn't make the short list.

@spydrwebb44 If you're serious about the Carys, you won't find a better deal than the sale price with discount code that they're offering right now.  Try for 30 days and just pay return shipping if not impressed.

I understand that but really want to secure first hand reports comparing the two models before purchase. Can't afford to demo both right now.

but for me, the MIND2 digital interface app fills up my iPad screen complete with art , digital information, playlists etc.     all the stuff you could see in a comparative very puny LCD hardware screen and a ton more.

Hey …each to his own ! Carry on ….

Bluesound is made in America. To my knowledge they are one of the most sold streamers in the USA.

I stand corrected, spyderwebb44 is correct, Bluesound is made in China and designed in Canada. Scratch them off your list.

'prefer stuff to be made in the USA as much as the next guy if possible, but the fact is that upwards of 98% of the parts that go into a streamer are made outside the US, so really, what’s the point?'

Right what's the point? I really don't like buying things made in China. But... you can buy quality chinese-made audio cables/DACs on amazon/ebay...10x, 20x cheaper than those made in america. The quality isn't bad at all.

Too many of my family's jobs were outsourced overseas, leaving them unemployed. It's personal for me, so made in USA is the goal by default.

Although I'm looking at the Cary units myself (based on that massive aforementioned current sale), I second the Bryson suggestion. Especially here in the US you can find them used dirt cheap because no one outside of Canada really knows who they are.   But other than their quirky control app, the equipment itself is absolutely top-notch. See if you can find their newer 3.14 streamer-DAC (called that because it uses the...ha ha...Raspberry Pi as a base).

Yeah the thought of made in China is being crap ship has long sailed. Just looking amazing products from Kay and or special that new DSDAC (Deluxe) from Cen.Grand and the absokute  top-of-the -line components it uses.

+1 on the Bryston.  I been running a little pi unit for years and it sounds great for what it is.  Makes a really good ROON endpoint as well.

Bricasti literally has a Chinese flag on their homepage. Not the look I’m going for. I think aurender is my best bet.

Too funny!

Even the so called American, made components likely have China made internal components.  Many people like Hegel products, guess what, made in China.
