Resonessence Labs: Still in business?

I get the impression that Resonessence Labs is no more. Anyone with any insider info. They make (or made) some excellent DAC's.

Out of business or hibernation? I was looking to buy a used unit from USAudiomart but when I went to do some research on them for warranty and such. I got the feeling that they are no more.

I was reading on another site they are apparently gone. One of the former employees is supposedly setting up a support hub but I don't think it's up and running yet.
