Record Storage Temperature

Due to running out of room, I have several crates of lps that I keep in an interior room over my garage that probably goes down to 50-55 degrees farenheit in the winter.  I'm not playing them- I don't currently have a turntable set up, but plan to in the future.  Will that temperature harm the albums in any way?

Not an issue at that temp. As others have said humidity is bad as it will cause mold growth. Heat will warp them. Never store stacked.

As far as I know, cold temps is not a problem, unlike excessive heat, which definitely is.

Temperature won’t be an issue. I would however be concerned about humidity possibly affecting album covers.
