It's not particularly hard. You go out and buy something or download it.

You might even broaden your horizons and realise what you are missing.

It makes me wonder what my 4 sealed, and 1NM play copy of the 30th Anniversary are worth now, considering back then I  paid $6.99 each from a record store that went out of business then. 

@tim_p New ones are listed as" buy it now" for $350-$400 on eBay.

Auctions for new and used copies starting in the $250-$300 range.

Sheeesh.  I still have a sealed copy from 1973.  Wonder what that's worth now.

I just looked, I have 5 different versions of DSOTM! How many times do they think we’ll buy another remaster, remake, re-edited, remixed, 50 year old album? I will say the 5.1 version is really cool!

And yes I bought all the new Giles Martin re re re makes of the Beatles albums!

The first time I saw Pink Floyd was 1970 in the PNE Forum in my home town of Vancouver, BC.  It was the Atom Heart Mother Tour and the entire audience was what you would call "baked". When they played "Careful With That Axe, Eugene", at the point where Roger Water's screams, two humongous flash pots went off and when I could see again, there were two topless dancers on stage.

Needless to say, authorities were not amused.

Fast forward two years to the "Dark Side Tour". Same 5,000 seat venue and we are all "baked" once more.

Absolutely top five all time show. Quadrophonic sound and a perfect album.

I don't know if I will buy the anniversary edition, but I certainly don't begrudge them doing it. They don't need the money and people thinking that are, are judging them by today's standards, not theirs.

just received the police greatest hits half speed remastered 180g lp.i have most or the songs it contains on original "normal" albums-the new one sounds bright thin in the bass and compressed. iv'e bought a number of so called remastered lp's over the years and only a few have sounded better than than the originals except for noise floor.

I would love to just be able to buy the Dolby Atmos Blu Ray disc from this collection!
