Kef 103/3 Reference sound problem + Hello everyone

Hello to everyone in the Forum, I'm following this forum for a while but this is my first post and hope I can get some help.

I own a pair of 103/3 References speakers with the 103/3 Kube which I connected to a Musical Fidelity A3.2 CR PRE+POWER amplifier.
For some reason I can't balance the sound and the speakers sound "DIM" like not clear, also it seems like the tweeter units don't work (the sound is like that also with other amplifiers).
I wanted to know what are the possible reasons for this?
Regards.

If the tweeters have ferro fluid, it might have gone bad and need to be replaced. I remember another member here recently mentioning this problem with his KEF 107s.
I checked and they are single wire, have you tried taking the Kube out of the system? Perhaps it's defective or having issues.
Are your speaker connectors bi-wire (I used to own these but can't recall)? If so, is the "strap" in place between the speaker posts? Assuming you're using a single wire hookup, if the strap is missing, the tweeter may not be getting anything from the speaker wire...
Thanks for the replay, sorry to hear about you'r tweets...
can you explain to me how to check if its the crossover?
Could also be the crossover....also try it without the Kube for troubleshooting    i lost the tweets on my Reference 2 when my wife cranked it up too loud.....both went at the same time...
