Italy, Europe

Hi there,

I am looking to upgrade my system and am currently living in Italy. I was wondering whether anyone can help me with some good sites to sell audio equipment in Europe? I am not sure that eBay will really be the right target for Europe.

Can I ask how strong the European community is on Audiogon?

Corrected for TYPOS only.  In Italy, beware of Devis (Italy and UK) wire and cable or anyone assoicated with that company or affilated company. They do not pay their bills and consumers have told us they are not reputable. We know from our own experience with them that they are not honest or trustworthy.

I lived in italy and had the same issue and in four years had no luck finding forums or places to buy. I ended up buying only while in the USA and bringing things back in checked luggage which greatly limits options.

I am quite versed with high end audio, but not on European specific equipment.  I live in the US but will be in Florence at the end of May if you would like to get together over a bottle of wine to discuss.
