Is lack of xlr connects on preamp ok if streaming?

Looking at conradjohnson but no xlr connections.  Is this still ok?  Using a lumin x1 streamer which says to use xlr.

XLRs are quieter and certain products are at their very best when part of fully balanced systems.  The Lumin X1 May be one of those.  I would talk to the importer for Lumin and get his POV.
Some of the best sounding gear is single ended RCA.... no need to worry.  What CJ model are you looking  at?
Some dacs and/or servers optimize balanced output. While single ended only may be ok in short run, what if you change out equipment, I want both SE and balanced ins on my pre. And then there is issue of pre being true balanced design, preferable to SE IMO.
I would use xlr if possible, especially if the manufacturer says so. Maybe not a big deal - it depends - but in my experience, balanced usually sounds better.
Oh nooooooooo!
Xlr vs singled ended, no big deal for short distances. Balanced
means nothing. Marketing nonsense.
no if there are no xlr’s the gear will blow up sooner or later... be sure to have fire extinguisher on hand

couldn't resist...
We used to sell cj and you don't need an xlr connection  we also sell the x1 which sounds great single ended the combo is fantastic

The x1 can also  connect directly to your amp
