I have both ls50s and ls 50 metas.

Having driven ls50s with various amps I'll go out on a limb and say your Outlaw receiver has plenty of power for those.

So question is what is it you are looking for in terms of sound when you say you want more power?

Also how big is the room, how far back are you when listening, and how loud are you wanting to go?

In any case, ls50s are small and ALWAYS benefit from adding a powered sub or two to fill in the missing lowest octave.   That's the next thing I would look into were I you.

I agree, what you have, sounds like a great system, with the KEF speakers. And outlaw receiver.
  Emotiva amps while, descent beginner seperates, would be a not so good move, they Are a high gain amp, and would probably give you a hiss from your speakers. 
Are you deadset on mono blocs? If so, there are so much better options than those.  Not putting them down , but even for me, that is overkill, and I’m as power hungry as one can get with amplifiers. 
 Or a nice stereo amp with 200WPC would fill in nice, BUT, from your receiver power to additional 90w you would be sidestepping, sure you may get some more effortless sound here and there. But not worth the money for a bookshelf. 
 I 2nd the small sub for those KEF speakers, will pull the low freq away from the KEF woofer allowing for a more clear and detailed sound.

 If you have your heart set on monoblocs,  you can do so much better than the emo stuff. Search around. What is your budget? 
 Vincent audio sp- t700 monos are great little amps if your into such a thing. Would run circles around those emo amps in sound quality. 
 Happy hunting.  Look around and ask more questions, or audition amps with your speakers. Most audio shops will hook up your speakers for a demo.

I've tried out some Emotiva gear, including their older monoblocks, and like most things in life, you get what you pay for.  They are OK for home theater, but I wouldn't want my two channel system powered by Emotiva.  There are so many better options.

I think you want something with a warmer sound signature for those KEFs which definitely is not Emotiva. 2k will get you something very descent especially used. You considered tubes? I ran a Cayin 100wpc tube integrated with KEF 201/2s. On paper it should not have worked well but it sounded great. I liked tubes much better than ss with those particular speakers. 

The one thing to NOT expect from ls50s is to go really loud with them (which of course requires more power).

Using a sound meter app, I find I seldom go louder than 88 db SPL which is about the level of an automobile engine. Not that they can’t go louder, but they are small (though well built) so are not as good at going loud and clear as similar larger speakers can. Maybe with an active crossover applied to offload some work to a sub. But little speakers always will hit a practical point at which there is diminishing returns going louder.

I compare that to my much bigger Ohm F5 series 3 speakers off same amp (500w/ch) in the next room. THose gladly go up to subway or diesel truck level SPLS ie 100 db range.  Looks like ~ a dozen ls50s would fit in one of those.

Warning: once you get past mid 80s SPL for more than brief peaks, you are likely causing damage to your ears and hearing no matter what, so beware.....

Youwant something much higher quality ,emotiva is rough sounding vs high parts quality such as a parasound amplifier 
or Anthem for $2500 retail you can get for around $2200 or less delivered if you shop around and much more refined and detailed.
we are speaking of at least 200 wpc , Pat whst brand model speakers are you using ? That is important to know .
being an ex dealer system synergy is important.when selling I would want to know everythung in the system before making a 
highly recommended component.Thst being said the 2 Amplifiers I mentioned are a very safe bet.

A speaker so small does not need much in the way of power maybe what you really mean is power of sound and that you will need a more big speaker or add a subwoofer or two to the kef's you already have.
