Don't put your PC / Laptop on your audio power conditioner

It shouldn’t have to be said but some of the biggest sources of AC noise and ground loops are laptop chargers and PC’s. Linear power supplies don’t make your PC sound better, they prevent the PC’s switching supplies from injecting noise into the AC line.

If you are using a laptop or PC as a source for your audio via USB, make sure your USB is galvanically isolated, and move the PC’s AC cord outside of your conditioned power space.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Depends on what you consider a "PC"...A gaming PC with a lousy psu, loads of case cans, RTX 4080, etc, may fall in the category you mention.

Some undervolted Beelink mini PCs with apu powered by a LPS  is less noisy than some "streamers" ("PC" with a ITX board/whatever tucked away) I've measured.

You can always run laptop on a battery. No AC noise at all. There may be other noise sources though, like video card.
