Does your streamer not output via USB?

No it doesn’t. DAC has coax and usb, streamer and transport coax and optical....and I just happen to already have a splitter and 2 coax cables...

just tried it - doesn't work if both cables connected

actually it works if the other component is in standby...so all is good for now

Are you mixing analog RCA with Digital Coax?  Are you talking about the input to your DAC or the analog output?

A digital coax cable from streamer to DAC and a digital coax cable from CD transport to DAC...DAC is in my integrated amp
