Interested in any feedback from current Kharma or Vivid speaker owners
I have not spent time with the Sasha DAW or Alexia 2.  The bulk of my listening experience with Wilson is the TuneTot, Sabrina and Alexx and I have heard the Sasha 2.  The Alexx sounds massive and delivers a soundstage that just rolls over you.  I...
recommendation for stereo tube amplifier for Marten Bird 2 speakers other than EAR....
Jadis would be my first choice but not an inexpensive solution.  The Rogue Stereo 100 at a modest price would be excellent.  You could also look at VTL and Angstrom.  Both are brilliant sounding.
Rubber feet when mounting on stands
if you have the space on the top of the stands, I would strongly consider IsoAcoustics Orea Pucks.  I have Bronze pucks integrated right into my stands and it helps deliver a better image.
Recommendations on Integrated Tube Amp around $5k
I would second recommendations for Rogue and Raven.  Both companies are run by great people and they make fine products. The Rogue is a more common KT120 design and will be at its best in triode at 50w.  The Raven is a 6L6 which has a reputation f...
The new Raidho’s vs the new Borressen’s ?
I have not heard those exact models of Raidho’s.   I have heard the threes.  The Benno designed Raidho’s (including actual 3 way designs) break in faster and work in more spaces.  The 4s are big speakers and need a big space to be at their best.  ...
Musical fidelity M6SI problem.
I can't say I have ever spent time with a MOFI table.  The M6x is very flexible and should be a good match with most cartridges.  It is also fully balanced and that is a huge benefit with MF in the M6 range.  You almost always get the most out of ...
Good 2 channel integrated amplifier for 702 s2 under 3k?
I think the Musical Fidelity is the best amp on your list but I am not sure if it is the right fit for B&W tonally.  Sub $3K, I would look at the Parasound integrated.  I think that will give you the best sound match for your speakers.
Musical fidelity M6SI problem.
I missed this note.  Glad to hear you are happy.  It is a heck of a good amp.  I do think the M6 phono stage is a big step up but if you are happy with what you have...awesome!
Brighter sound then Bryston DAC
I would look at the Chord Qutest.  You might need to wait for one as they have been routinely out of stock but Chord is an extremely dynamic and forward DAC.
Looking for CD player
If you want just a CD player, the Musical Fidelity M3s CD is a nice unit and can be had for $1500.  Good internal DAC and nice transport.  I have one that I use as a transport at Audio Shows. This is currently out of stock at the distributor but i...
Can Any Bookshelf Speaker Be Used Nearfield?
I have a few folks who are building nearfield desk systems that I am working with at the moment.  No, not all monitors make good near field monitors.  Any speaker where dispersion or reflections are required for image to come together are bad choi...
Raidho TD4.2
I have spent time with the 3.2 and 3.8, not the 4.2 and I am a Raidho dealer.  The TD series is all about accuracy and massive images.  They are wonderfully detailed but not grainy of fatiguing.  Bass is tight and refined but not quite full range....
Amp(s) to go with Joseph Audio Pearls
Josephs like power.  If you want a neutral to warm sound I would look at AVM.  The Ovation SA 6.3 is an incredible power amp and is on the lower end of your budget.  Plenty of power and wonderful levels of detail.  If you want something a touch mo...
Intimate, warm and holographic alternative
With your dimension and the need for flexibility in terms of near wall placement combined with your bias toward high sensitivity speakers, I would look at Avantgarde Zero XD 1s.  They are comfortably in your price range.  Are 104dB so very easy to...
Best bang for buck phono preamp for Rega Planar 3 Turntable
Vincent Pho 8 was awesome with an Elys2 and Exact2.  If your budget is a touch higher, Vincent makes a nicer model with tube stage in it.  Great value units.
