Much of what the Dunlavy's do so well depends on listening from the correct location. 
Thiel CS3 Without The EQ
With the 3.5's you can cut the boost to 42 Hz, which can work quite well for use with sub-woofers. Of course if you can do without the sheer extra volume subs offer, the EQ'd sub-less bass is just as deep as most sub-woofers (and deeper than many)...

Direct Digital Amplifiers
Seems as though only the TacT/Lyngdorf direct digital amps are capable of high current output. Are there any others? 
What Amp with KEF 105.2?
Caveat!, I haven't actually heard this combination together, but I would imagine the McCormack amps would work very well with the KEFs.
