Place absorption panels at first reflection points front wall (the wall you're looking at behind the speakers), side walls, ceiling, and rear wall (the wall behind you). My dedicated room is treated just that way. Sounds wonderful. Yours will too.

My friend also lived in Texas, and also in the same radon level class as your county. Most homes here with basements have none to low levels of radon. His home had very high levels.

Perfect listening room. Congrats! Tested for Radon? Had a friend who spent time in his basement. Died from radon exposure. He was  in his 40s.

Get the room right and get the setup right and you should be a happy camper. The room and the setup will affect the majority of how it sounds. Nice choices of equipment. Enjoy!
