| are spike threads standard for speakers legacy Suggest you try a few different screws to find the correct size. While not all speakers have identical spikes, they are a standard screw. I have done the grinding thing and it sounds easier than it is to get a good symmetrical point. Good luck. | |

| Best sounding for MMG $300 isn't much money but I recently sold a Sony TA-F707ES 90 watt integrated for less than $300. This is an outstanding amp for the money. It had no problem driving a pair of power hungry Eminent Technology LFT-8As in my system. Good luck. | |
