| Stylus shape and skating force I think your cartridge is not aligned properly. Not only does the stylus have to touch the alignment overhang dots, but it must be square to the overhang arc. Read the posts on the MINT protractor. | |

| taking rega feet off? You're right. Bypassing the feet makes a big improvement. I use 3 inverted cones with the point in the turntable surround with the wide part on the supporting table. |
