| Suggestions for arm to replace VPI 12.7 Sid...there is no drilling for a VPI tonearm....they just screw into the armboard...however, I would still touch base with VPI for any special instructions. | |

| Platter Levelling Issue There are many leveling apps from the Apple app store. Level the platter, then use a Fozgometer to get the cartridge accurately in the groove. I would not shim the arm...you want a solid connection to the turntable arm board. | |
| Serious distortion from Rega RP1 If you checked alignment et al on the turntable, its got to be electronic. A few years ago I had a similar issue crop up and traced it to a bad filter capacitor in the prepreamp. | |

| Vandersteen 5A's Internal crossovers/batteries I just took the crossover and amps out and sent them to Vandersteen for him to repair them. It was done right with no chance of screw up. The speaker is too valuable for error. | |
| Power Cords Rule I found that the end plugs provide the greatest difference. The wire itself did not. Top of the line Furutech is my favorite, although Oyeida is fine as well. |
