@whipsaw thanks for the 🔗. I forgot where I first heard alpha mist, but he really got me - that synthesis of good jazz and groove and spoken word. I found his Antifon vinyl over in England and had to grab it.l!

@john_g --. My father in law was also in Vietnam and donated his Coral 200s for me as a refurb project. Still in the midst of refurb, but apparently many of those stationed bought thus model at their PXs

@vinylvin The Hagerman is definitely a more robust, tubey sound - wider and more expansive soundstage at the cost of slightly less imaging. But I like that. Haven't rolled tubes yet.
