T.J. Fowler - Early Detroit R&B (1989)Poor sound like they’re in a dingy restroom but the music is great.Little Charlie and the Nightcats - Disturbing the Peace (1988)Magnificent, blows SRV into the weeds.

You could buy one on eBay for $30 or buy the whole table for $75
SME release new Garrard 301
@jperry Loricraft made a 601 - a lesser 501 with speed control. Not sure if they make it still.
Besides Aja and zeppelin pressings, what others are demo level recordings?
+1 for recording and engineering over pressing quality any day. Although it's nice to have both.Listening to an old mono Decca recording of Debut by Marcy Lutes from 1956 and it's so real.
Would an Isolation TT platform further improve my TT?
I have always found that the more rigid the support, the tighter, more incisive and clearer the sound. Damping of the support by using wood or "absorbers" softens the sound. Marble and glass sounds etched while oak sounds warm etc. I'm old school...

I know Lew, it's almost like it's 4/1. Seems to be a Loricraft-style plinth.

Insider info from Munich show!I believe it comes with the tonearm and plinth.
Tube Amps Watts vs SS amp
A 10x increase in power output will result in a 10dB increase in volume -sound twice as loud. Unless you are trying to deafen yourself, you don’t need all that power.See these meters:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EomDuIvsd3Mhttps://www.youtube.c...

Disconnect everything. Start over. Set it up for 2 speakers.
Why Do You Love Being an Audiophile?
It is a privilege to be part of the upper echelons of humanity. It's a lonely place, however.
Audio racks
StillPoints do a 3 tier rack for $28,000. Looks and sounds great.
