What are important features in a listening chair
Mine must be hosed cos my ear cupping focusses cymbals like a miracle tweak. I just dumped the foamy cushion backrest. It hurts but sounds better. 
Connecting a NAD M2 to a REL 212/SE
Looks like you can connect it to any unused RCA on the NAD. All you are doing is using the outer ground connection on the RCA cable. Keep the volume to minimum on the .1 input on the REL.

Probably work with some additional weight added to both headshell (brass bolts) and counterweight.  As your headshell is fixed, be real careful with that naked cantilever.

I did have the opportunity recently to thump a SOTA and thump the stand upon where it stood, while it played, and it had no effect, impact, or disturbance upon the music. I've a concrete floor so I know not of the travails of those with bouncy flo...
