Swarming!
As happy as you are with the way they look, I will be surprised if you're not even happier with the way they sound. Its just very hard to exaggerate what a good DBA can do for a system.
Help with Jolida 1703 Fuse
The holder and fuse are standard parts you could pick up at any electrical parts store, but you will want to use the correct fuse type (fast or slow blow) and value. A quick call to Jolida should do it.

Sorry but no, its not a fair question. Its a dopey time-waster of a question. And you all know it. I was actually looking for an Anthem STR IntegratedWell then why didn't you say so? You talk about being civil. So why then did you waste our time w...
A moment when you realized better sound was possible.
Back in the 80s as a freshman in college I heard my first CD player. The technology seemed pretty cool but I was afraid to be on the only one in the crowd saying "vinyl sounds better". So I suppose it was a moment when I realized worse sound was...

10 Audio Cable Myths and Facts
To those who are skeptical about zip cord sounding so much better than expensive audiophile cables: HAVE YOU TRIED IT? If not, you have no grounds for voicing an opion.Of course I tried it. Zip cord was all we had back in the day. Its what we all ...
Equipment Rack - How important in the grand scheme of things?
kodak805 is right. The truth is most racks are designed as much for shipping as sound. Sad but true. No one ever does a real stand demo to know for sure how these things sound but one of those Saluda River beauties, they look so sweet, make even m...
Equipment Rack - How important in the grand scheme of things?
@millercarbon - didn't see your response before posting. I do need a rack since I have limited space for my gear and it has to be organized vertically for the space I have available (other than the power amps). Well there you go then. You know wha...
Equipment Rack - How important in the grand scheme of things?
Why would placing the amp on granite cause issues? In a word, because granite rings. But like everything else it depends on how you use it. Vibration control is as much about shape as material. Tuning forks ring forever not just because of the meta...
Equipment Rack - How important in the grand scheme of things?
Tube or SS, turntable or CD, everything benefits from vibration control. Don’t think of it as a rack. Think of it as vibration control. Because that’s what it is. Also don’t think of a rack as a piece of furniture. Unless that’s what’s important t...
Swarming!
Congratulations! Welcome to the club. Its a hard one to get into. First you have to understand a whole bunch of stuff that is actually not all that hard to follow except that it is so different than the accepted wisdom parroted dogmatically over a...
Audio discounts during Coronavirus
Interesting. So just to clarify, you're looking for good deals not to score anything you really want that now is on sale, and not even to find a good deal for seasonal or inventory reasons, but specifically as a result of the CCP virus. Because I ...
Suggestions for an Analog Front-End
Rega, the table you can throw in the pickup drive around all year and when you need it it will just play and never mis-track. Never thought of it like that but now that I do yeah that would be Rega. ;)
A moment when you realized better sound was possible.
It was easy to hear differences between speakers and rooms and speaker positioning in rooms. It was really hard at first to hear differences between different sources, amps, speaker cables, etc. Not only for me. Its common. One time at Definitive ...
