| Graduating to separates need help I believe at your price point, unless you require separates for system arrangement, you should consider an integrated amplifier. Many have onboard DACs. I would be more inclined to purchase a separate DAC. What sources do you input to your DAC? | |

| Build a system for $1000 Using your AVR relieves much of the strain on the $1000 budget. Many options for used speakers. Check out the listing posted here on AG. They may not need a subwoofer, or if for movies only many inexpensive ones provide the bass needed there. | |
