Gryphon Diablo 300 vs Vitus RI-101
Is there a reason you want to replace the Pre-amp too? The PS Audio should be a pretty capable pre-amp.

I do plan on auditioning in home...
Good Pre-Amps For McIntosh
You can find the ARC 6 for under 10k used and it really is a huge jump in performance.
Best Analog for $10K
If you really want set it and forget it, I still can’t imagine a better option than Rega or Technics.

Budget? I’ve got an Audio Research Reference 6 feeding an MC452 and it sounds great. It was a huge improvement over the C47 it replaced.

I’d bet the new Rega P10 with a Boulder 508 phono would be a pretty combo.

Ya, that’s my concern. I ordered from Acoustic Sounds 2 months ago and it still says preorder even though many people seem to have gotten their order.

I ordered from Acoustic Sounds a while ago and has not shipped. Anyone else still waiting? Kind of worried it’ll never ship.

@millercabon what exactly are you on about? The Rega Saturn sells new for $3000 and can buy pristine used ones for like $1000.  It’s not even that old.

Your logic is so asinine as to be laughable. Remind me which CRT TVs have stood the test of time? Laser disk players? Any computer from the 1990s? Any number of the millions of things that people thought would be collectible and aren’t. I mean, yo...

Everything comes back around is a patently false claim but whatever.
