| What is the average life expectancy of a DAC? Dacs can last a very long time. There are no moving parts and it doesn't generate very much heat and not much to wear out. And definitely call Vu I will attest he gives great advice and won't try to sell you on anything that's not right for your system. | |

| Why would anyone want class AB amp when class A always sounds better ? Basically you can say, all things being equal Class A sounds better, but all things are rarely equal are they? I can't see myself owning anything other than a Class A triode wired tube amp but my setup is optimized for that style of amp. | |
