What Power Cords for Rel S510 Subs?
@juanmanuelfangioii You also think highly of yourself. No? Actually no, I don’t think so highly of myself that I can’t say sorry, my bad.  So deleting my prior post. As a point of reference, I have aftermarket PCs on all my equipment except ...
What Power Cords for Rel S510 Subs?
@hilde45 ... I wrote to REL. REL reported to me, when I asked, that they did testing and third party cords didn’t make any difference. Others hear may disagree, but the fact that REL tested this put the issue to bed for me. @nyev - IMHO maybe...
Batteries in my Audioquest Colorado RCA interconnects
For fun you might want to see how much of a difference you can hear using the interconnects without any batteries.
Help me choice Audioquest speaker cables
I am a firm believer at establishing a base level for speaker comparison purposes.  I suggest purchasing a pair of Canare 4S11 speaker cable from Blue Jeans Cable or the vendor of your choice.  This "star quad" cable is made in Japan and a 6-foot ...
Storage of other speakers in the room, shorting them while not in use? Myth or true?
Haven't had any problems since I've started duck taping over my television speakers when using my stereo.  Kind of thought everyone was doing this.
Bluesound Node volume pot setting for an integrated amp
Sorry, I have the Node 2i which does not have HDMI input as does your new version Node. So the HDMI out from my Roku is input into the HDMI in of the TV, and the TV audio analog out into my preamp.  Unfortunately, does not get the benefit of my D...
Bluesound Node volume pot setting for an integrated amp

A Note For LS50 Owners
@yyzsantabarbara I have had to make a couple of repairs to my scanspeak drivers.  After the repairs the drivers sound perfect. This glue is fantastic for gluing surrounds to basket, cone to the surrounds, or just repairing rips in the cone materi...
Sideways move?
I personally would keep the Ardens no matter if you buy new speakers.
My experience with the First Watt F7
I will preface this post by mentioning that I have unfortunately never heard a Pass amp, would love a XA25, but like what I have enough to keep my current mono amps for now. But it sounds like you may have inadvertently purchased a F7 that has so...
Zavfino
On reading my post above, I think I meant to say it is impossible to overstate how beautifully it was packaged.  HA, you get what I mean.
Zavfino
@juanmanuelfangioii  I will say that the product presentation and packaging is all top shelf. I ordered and received a FINA OCC POWER CABLE a couple of months ago.  It is impossible to understate how beautifully it was packaged.  A fun surpris...

Where to go from here?
I have a friend with an older Denon AVR hooked up to an even older pair of speakers the brand of which I cannot remember. I am always surprised at how good that Denon sounds playing CDs via a carousel CD player.  I have always liked Denon products.
Regular interconnect or digital?
I own both Cullen and Signal Cable digital cables - 5’ in both cases.  Both are good but in my system I prefer the Signal Cable which at $64 is a bargain.
