Help choosing speakers
bigkidz1,And there is the other argument against. But as I have stated, they continue to be very well respected speakers, admired actually. It's not as if Aerial Acoustics has gone away.

Buyer is claiming damage that was done by him!
edkc is right. As long as shipments are insured it is the responsibility of the receiving party to file a claim. The shipper (seller) has no responsibility because the freight company accepted them, insured them and is responsible for delivering t...

soix,Based on your apologetic tone and great suggestion you are duly forgiven. As a matter of fact I have researched the Pearls just a bit. Even used they fall above my desired price range (under $10K) which is the only reason I have ruled them ou...
Help choosing speakers
The Andra midrange is supposed to be superb. I'm a bit concerned with the low end. Fortunately I have a powerful SS amp so driving any speaker shouldn't be a problem. I should have also mentioned that the front end is all digital.
Eggelstonworks Andra Factory Upgrades
Wow, no one?
amp to buy?
junk88, Let's cut to the chase here. If you're new at this then I would suggest running your dac into an integrated amp as some have suggested. You don't need to worry about amp/dac compatibility unless you are trying to run a dac direct to the am...
Why all or most audiophiles are men?
"Women would rather waste money on clothes and jewelry." Now there's a stereotype! My wife would rather spend money on a new canoe or mountain bike. (and she has) I think  it's more about the technical nature of playback equipment. Men are more i...
Business Ethics in the Audio Industry
@jond Has it right. They should have offered you the upgraded unit for the same price. Why? Because, think about the post the OP would have made if Schiit gave him this deal? He would have been letting us all know how awesome Schiit is and we woul...
High definition vs. tonal balance
This popped into my head when reading the OP's question. Wouldn't it be cool if there were an app that would allow you to "plug in" various components and it would spit out the overall sound characteristics of that system? It might save a lot of f...
Used DACs in the 10k range
This guy did quite an extensive test and review of many high end DACs. it has been a while since I watched it but I believe he offers some very good information about the type of DAC you're searching for. This is only the last video of an entire s...
Spatial Audio M3 Tubo S open baffle speaker review
The M3 are by no means analytical, they are quite enjoyable. I find them very engaging so don't take my comments about poor recordings the wrong way. The other things is, you can drive them as hard as you want......more than you can bear and they ...
Spatial Audio M3 Tubo S open baffle speaker review
Wow, those Tri-Art's are some funky looking speakers. The Spatial's blend in with any decor pretty well. (not that looks are everything)
Spatial Audio M3 Tubo S open baffle speaker review
Because of their revealing nature, they go South with poor recordings. I listen to some classic rock and some of the older recordings that aren't recorded well, sound not so great. That's really not a fault of the speaker however since it's just r...
Axpona reviewers perceptions and reality
The "Dishonesty in "high-end" audio world"  had to be removed.  Some big shot or big shooter who takes free speach in his own handsthinks its better not to see a opinion.  I see to many being renowned Its not right who can talk and who ...
