| Can you recommend any Speaker cables for my system? I have use the Dynaudio 52SE and really enjoyed the speaker. I used it primarily with the Nordost Super Flatline MK II. I have also heard it and prefered the Nordost Blue Heaven but at the time could not justify the extra expense. | |
| Nottingham without a mat...anyone try it? Boy, never tried it but I really don't think that it would be very good. The basic platter should reflect all vibration back into the LP. I use the Boston Audio Mat, pure graphite, and it works wonderfully. I would strongly recommend giving it a try. | |

| How do you know that a record is really worn? On a serious note, if you use a well adusted TT, clean your records well and maintain the system you should be able to get several hundred plays out of a vinyl record before any significant loss of signal. Clean and a properly set up TT is the key. | |
