| sub+satellite or full range? Monitor Audio R90 sats with the R360 sub are quite good, affordable, beautiful in Rosenut (both sat & sub) and have a very high WAF. Nothing to sneeze at. | |

| NHT Superones or Magnepan MMG W? Super Ones are much easier to drive than Maggies. In fact your power does not have enough dampening factor to control the Maggies' panels. Better soundstage with the NHTs also. | |

| Integrated amps on a 1,000 dollar budget Older ONIX 60 or 120 would sound great. You didn't mention which cables. IMHO Stereophile mostly suffers from cranial/rectal inversion. I would not place so much faith in their reviews and catagory placement. Owner reviews usurp those of rags. | |
| System solution The HK 930 is past it's prime by today's standards. I like an integrated such as the Rega Brio. Speakers such as Dynaudio 42. The Adcom 600 DAC is a real find, I've owned one and loved it. Good luck. | |

| What is the benefit of a good transport? It's really just zeroes and ones, right? Better transports provide more stable platforms and better read capability. A very knowledgable friend with an EE degree who competently builds his own tube gear was not a believer of this until I sold him ... |
