+100 Hilde45...You sound like a socially aware person. Kenjit...Listen to as many speakers as you can. If you find a pair that rocks your world, and you believe them to be fairly priced, buy them. Otherwise, this is much ado about nothing.
Why so many Hegel's for sale?
Not surprising that MC feels Adam Smith stands alone in economic theory. But the right cherry picks what they want from the so-called champion of free markets. What they don't want to acknowledge is that one of Smith's greatest fears was not that ...

the sound of massed violins in classical orchestral recordings
I seriously doubt that people who truly love classical music will stop listening to it because of the difficulty of reproducing multiple violins without a certain edge or harshness, for lack of better terms. I experienced this problem with a pair ...

oldhvymech...I used to live in the Oakland hills. I managed a swim & tennis club there on Manzanita Drive while I was going to Cal. I was there during the devastating fire years ago.

samhere... "i guarantee you the goverment would take me serious and i wouldn't be posting on these blogs anymore." You were amusing until you brought in the government conspiracy stuff. Now it's a little concerning. I'm afraid that if you divulge ...
