Well I joined the Silversmith FIDELIUM Speaker cable club today
I have been using solid state amplifiers exclusively for years. I also have a new SS amp coming this week. Class A for first 18 watts. So, I don't have much memory for anything in the way of tube amplification. Someone seemed to imply we were buy...

I use Verastarr power cables (flat cable) and Fideliums. Some manufacturers make ribbon IC’s. I presently do not have any ribbon IC’s. I’m pretty sure flat cables make the difference. But maybe, applying the standard RLC thought process is not ap...

I reduced the hiss to 6 inches or less when I replaced the rectifier tube. Don has also informed me of new caps to put into the outputs which are on order. They should be even smoother and perhaps a little quieter. I also have ordered the Linlai ...
Puritan PSM156
Like wig, I replaced my Inakustik over a year ago with the Puritan. It's not going anywhere. It does its thing and stays out of the way.
