| New expensive power cord for amp and no change in sound? Yes. I replaced all my power cords with a recommended brand, amp, and all sources and.... no diffo. Later, I replaced th 15 amp wall receptacle with a 20 amp audio receptacle and BAM, music jumped out in force. Lesson? I found the weakest link. | |

| Mcintosh customer support They are not the only ones doing this. My BelCanto streamer is 4 yrs old and one year ago it stopped playing 24/192 files. So my answer from them was that I had to send it in and they would update it. It has a service USB but nope. | |
| T+A PA 3100 HV owners question Everybody seems to get different results from upgraded power cables. What I noticed is most of the changes come in the higher frequencies. Much more open and transparent on the treble side, not so much difference elsewhere. |
