| Mcintosh customer support They are not the only ones doing this. My BelCanto streamer is 4 yrs old and one year ago it stopped playing 24/192 files. So my answer from them was that I had to send it in and they would update it. It has a service USB but nope. | |

| Qobuz vs. Tidal Qobuz needs no customer service. It's your app for the streamer that might be your problem. CD's have a slight edge in SQ compared to Qobuz streams played through the same DAC. In a blind test you are hard pressed to tell the difference. | |
