192 khz/24 bit Albums on Qobuz

@liam2 @rdk777 fyi. That setting in Qobuz is for choosing the “up to” quality on the network (mobile vs wifi). It won’t play everything or only play 24/192. It will allow those files to be played if they are available. 

@kray - my Lumin player display is indicating that the tune/album is being played at 192 kHz/24 bit - has nothing to do with Qobuz setting. When I select the album, the Lumin app tells me what resolution the recording is at.  I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that is the case.  

@rdk777 the only way you get a 16/44 CD quality stream will “show” playing as 24/192 is because you are upsampling it in Lumin app.

but right. Whatever the quality shows in Lumin app on the album listing is what will play. 

@rdk777 Yes, it will show you 24/192 because it was mastered from a 24/96 file to 24/192.

If you are playing the X&Y album, the Diana Krall is native 192 kHz.
