Anyone HEARD the qol 'signal completion' device?

An ad in TAS... touting this box. I remain skeptical but would like to know what your impressions are if you have heard whatever it does!

It seems like this has gone off the radar for quite a while now. Ozzy, I know you still like yours and I respect that. If it works well in your system, why not?
