DIO, Sacred Heart

I owned the cassette about 36 years ago. Girlfriend and I watched the DIO documentary a couple of weeks ago and Ronnie James Dio was an incredibly talented man!

I went to the local vinyl shop yesterday and there it was, an original copy in great condition. I'm really, really enjoying it!

I integrated my subwoofer back into the system before picking up the album. Perfect timing!!!

mutton birds, rain steam & speed--plaintive jangly nz folkrock; closer in feel to the go-betweens than to the flying nun bands, but would appeal to fans of either.

meat puppets, monsters--one of the great air guitar records

dillard and clark, through the morning, through the night--not as good overall as the first record, but "polly" is a stone classic
