Sarah Harmer "Oh Little Fire"

2010/Cold Snap Records

....goes with the Canadian artist vibe

Played that copy of Lightfoot recently @mofimadness . It’s a great/sounding lp.

I actually watched a documentary about him on Prime recently. Highly recommended.

@slaw...thanks for the reminder of the Gordon Lightfoot documentary!  I saved it to my watchlist awhile ago, but forgot about it.  I'll watch it this afternoon.

Joni Mitchell-"Court And Spark"

MOFI, 2LP, 45RPM, One-Step.  This is a SUPERB copy!  One of the best of the MOFI One-Step pressings so far...

@mofimadness That Joni is soooooooo fantastic

So far today:

Rhiannon Giddens - They’re Calling Me Home

and

Radka Toneff / Steve Dobrogosz - Fairytales ( reissue which is stunning imo )

I have the DCC "Court & Spark" plus the recent archives release, so gonna pass.

Mahogany Rush-"Mahogany Rush IV"

Canadian 1st Pressing

I saw these guys live, in concert, a couple of times back in the mid and late 70's.  Frank Marino was a MONSTER on the guitar.  One of the best I've ever seen.

😎, I have the Steve Hoffman remastered lp

May have been on his short-lived S+P label?

Claude Bolling and Stephane Grappelli Big Band

”First Class” one of my favorite recordings.

#3 Minor swing - great tune, I love it‼️

Pink Floyd "Obscured By Clouds"

2018/Sony Music

Was wondering if anyone has ever seen the film this music was made for? "LaValee"

@dayglow ,

Glad you're back. I've come to appreciate your unique way of listening/rating records through the years.

The Cars / Candy-O

I thought that might be the case @bslon but didn’t want to rely on my memory posting that.

Navasota "Rootin’"

1972/ABC/WLP

Walter Becker and Donald Fagen played on this and arranged horn and string sections on many songs. Has a CCR vibe.

Last week, I was into bands from "The Great White North".  This week, I'm going "Down Under".

Little River Band-"First Under The Wire"

MOFI (Early Mobile Fidelity 1-036)
